The dash board in my firefly is far from original; it's the wrong shape and poorly finished so I want to make a new dash for it.
To do this I will need a template of one that is the correct shape, in particular, the lower edge. I'd be grateful for any suggestion/help. I'll be attending the International at Hintlesham, so if a fellow owner would be kind enough to let draw around their dash, I'd be very grateful.
Incidentally, what is the correct finish for a sports tourer dash? I can find references to veneered walnut for the DHC and saloon but nothing for the tourer, although pictures I have looked at suggest, what looks like, teak.
