Whenever I remove my Speed 25's rocker cover I find a substantial quantity of nasty emulsion clinging to the inside.  I always clean this off, but it is always there again the next time.  I have been told that it is caused by condensation and is nothing to worry about, and indeed I have no loss of coolant or evidence of any oil contamination in the coolant, but I still find it unsatisfactory.  It has occurred to me that a very simple and completely invisible modification would be to drill holes in both the rocker cover and the air filter/intake silencer box and run a short breather tube between them where it would be completely concealed  under the air filter box.  This would allow moisture to escape from under the rocker cover as in more modern cars.  If anybody can see any potential problems with this, or has any other comments I would be very pleased to hear from them.
