These membership lists are prohibited for sale on eBay, the inside cover states "must not be used for commercial purposes...should be returned to the Membership Secretary when no longer required". To report it to eBay, click the "Report Item" tag to the right of Description/Postage, then a drop-down selection of "Prohibited & restricted items", "Illegal items and items encouraging illegal activity", "Mailing lists and personal information".
