The Alvis Owner Club sells a range of clothing bearing the Alvis Owner Club logotype and books of Alvis interest through its Boutique.

You can join our Club or you can renew your annual membership subscription here!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order for goods with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

A contract between you, the customer and the Alvis Owner Club Ltd., for the sale of goods will exist once an order has been submitted and your credit/debit card details accepted by WorldPay.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. However, please be aware that goods in stock may be packed and despatched the following day, so please contact us immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept there will be occasions where items may need to be returned. Please ensure goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in the original packaging and with a brief explanation of why the goods are being returned.

You will be required to pay and arrange carriage for the return of the goods, but the charge will only be refunded should the goods be found to be faulty.

We will only issue a refund / exchange on receipt of goods and strongly recommend you have proof of posting.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

Whilst we try to ensure that the descriptions and images of all our products are correct, we cannot accept responsibility for variation in colour caused by the computer software used by you.
